Elena has been running Borgo Argenina for 20 years and has been featured by Rick Steves and in 1000 Things to do Before you Die.
If there is one thing you must do in Tuscany or in Italy for that matter, it’s to learn how to make handmade pasta in the traditional style.
Located in the heart of Tuscany, this villa feels like a movie set. Dave and I said that we felt like were starring in our own version of Under the Tuscan Sun.
Elena has a beautiful villa decorated in traditional Tuscan styles where you feel as if you have stepped back in time. It’s elegant and beautiful and the cooking class is definitely a highlight.
Well, next to watching the sunset over the vineyard while sipping a class of Chianti.
If you are traveling to Italy, this is a vacation you will never forget. Elena recommends staying four nights and we agree. We stayed four nights and felt that we needed more time to explore the countryside, the surrounding vineyards, castles and monasteries. Tuscany is truly a beauty of Italy.

You won’t regret spending time in this magnificent Tuscan Villa with Elena and her dogs and cats.
